First off, what a great and informative article, thank you. I cannot count how many times I have referenced it as my collection grew. There is one small detail that I must address. The A2001 first showed up in 1960. I have an example of both A2000 and A2001 patterns from that year. Thanks so much for providing an outlet and resource for all of us to enjoy and learn from.
